• Free lectures are always free. You can attend as much as you want. However all the lectures are not free and to access them you have to chose from either of our products and subscribe to it.

• The subscription gets activated immediately after the payment process is completed. 

• You can check the validity of your course in the ‘More’ tab on the application. Extension of the course is done on case-to-case basis. Please get in touch with us on [email protected] or call our helpline (+91) 8780485515.

• Email us your batch code along with your query to [email protected], we will get you in touch with your batch mentor.

• Provision of backup of live lecture depends on the availability of concerned faculties. Please email us the lecture details and reason of absence to [email protected], and we will resolve the issue with a backup lecture or by providing a recorded lecture. However, some lectures will have recordings and can be accessed through the app/portal

In the Orphicy app, go to the ‘Learn’ tab and select the desired subject. Then select ‘Post Class’. You can find notes and practice exercises of relevant chapters and subjects here

You can use the web portal to attend live lectures. Also, all the pre-class and in-class videos shall be available on the website as well.

Orphicy videos can be saved on the app itself to be watched later. Downloading them won’t be required
