Science Olympiad Foundation’s (SOF) International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO) Class 10 is taken at two levels:
Level-1: Which is organised at respective schools. The students need to get registered at their respective schools. The test syllabus is based on the curriculum of CBSE/ICSE/State Boards.
Level-2: This level is for the qualifiers of the level-1 for class 3 to 12. The qualifiers are:
- International level: Those who appeared in the level-1 internationally and stand in the top 5% overall.
- State/Zone level: The topper rank upto 25 from all the zones and class.
- School level: If a class has total 10 registrations, then the topper and also scoring at least 50% (qualifying marks).

Logical Reasoning: Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning.
Mathematical Reasoning : Real Numbers, Polynomials, Pair of Linear Equations in Two Variables, Quadratic Equations, Arithmetic Progressions, Triangles, Coordinate Geometry, Introduction to Trigonometry, Some Applications of Trigonometry, Circles, Constructions, Areas Related to Circles, Surface Areas and Volumes, Statistics, Probability.
Everyday Mathematics : The Syllabus of this section will be based on the syllabus of Mathematical Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude.
Achievers Section: Higher Order Thinking Questions – Syllabus as per Mathematical Reasoning.
