Olympiad exams are held annually. So it becomes very essential for you to gather all the information about your target exams like dates, exam syllabus, exam pattern, etc. (Your target exams can be the ones of your personal favorite subjects.) This can be done by regularly visiting the official websites of the Olympiad organizations. Checking out your school’s notice board for any notice regarding the Olympiad exams. Start Early

After gathering all the information about your target Olympiad, now it becomes essential for you to start as early as possible. First of all, gather the detailed syllabus of the target exam and start gathering all the necessary reference books, materials and sample papers. Once you get to know about the syllabus, it becomes easy for you to decide your area of focus.

Dedicate time for all the subjects

Make a daily time-table dedicating one or two hours only for Olympiad preparation. Daily practice here plays an important role. Plan out how many days you should take for a given topic. Follow all the deadlines very sincerely. Do follow the time-table strictly and do not forget to revise the topics.

Solve Sample Papers & Previous year papers

Paper solving is a very important step while preparing for any competitive exam. Keeping this in mind, search for all the Free sample papers and previous year papers available online.
